Easy preparation: 1/2 cup of FUFU Flour + 3/4 cup of water. combine 4 oz of FUFU Flour with 3/4 cup of water and stir into thick paste in saucepan. Place over heat and knead with a wooden spoon to form a thick, unique form consistency. Mold into a ball by hand and place in a bowl. Serve with your favorite soup or stew.
