Before placing an order for frozen items, please call us at ‪+1 (855) 965-0222‬ to confirm shipping availability to your destination. Due to the sensitive nature of perishable goods, shipping may not be available to certain locations.

📦 Shipping Methods & Timelines

Frozen items are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain food safety.

Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days via UPS Ground.

Express and Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee and highly recommended.

We only ship frozen items on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid weekend delays.

Orders are sent with Shipper’s Release, meaning packages may be left at your address without a signature.

Tracking information will be emailed once your package is dispatched.

⚠ Note: We do not recommend shipping methods that exceed 3 days in transit. Delivery times are subject to UPS operations, weather conditions, and traffic delays.

📍 Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship to residential addresses, but also deliver to apartment complexes and business addresses.

If shipping to an apartment, please check with your leasing office to ensure they can accept and store perishable deliveries.

Buy Afrik is not responsible for how packages are handled after delivery at any location (residential or commercial).

📥 Upon Delivery

To ensure product safety:

Immediately place all frozen items into your freezer or refrigerator upon arrival.

If items arrive in poor condition, contact us immediately with photo or video evidence to support your claim.

Our insulated packaging is designed to keep food below 41°F for up to 72 hours under normal conditions.

Slight thawing may occur, but items should still be safe if they remain cold to the touch.

🚫 Do not leave packages exposed to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures after delivery.

🌱 Environmental Responsibility

We encourage customers to recycle or reuse the insulated cooler and packaging materials. Many components can be returned to a local UPS store or placed in standard recycling bins where accepted.

💲 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, delivery speed, and weight.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier rates and packaging requirements.

Once handed over to the shipping carrier, Buy Afrik is not liable for any damage, delays, or spoilage of frozen items.

Frozen shipments are time-sensitive. Buy Afrik will take all precautions to ensure quality, but final delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier once the order leaves our facility.
