Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Buy Afrik ships throughout the United States and to select international destinations.
Available shipping options and delivery estimates will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping of Frozen & Fresh Items
To preserve product quality and food safety, frozen and fresh products are shipped using insulated packaging with ice packs.
Shipping Schedule
Frozen orders placed Monday through Wednesday are generally shipped within 24 hours.
Frozen orders placed Thursday through Sunday will normally ship the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
This schedule helps prevent frozen products from remaining in shipping facilities over the weekend.
Frozen Packaging
Frozen and perishable products are packed in insulated containers designed to maintain safe temperatures for approximately 72 hours under normal
shipping conditions.
Although some items may arrive partially thawed, they may still be safe if maintained at appropriate food-safe temperatures during transit.
Customers should refrigerate or freeze all perishable products immediately upon delivery.
Dry Goods
Orders containing only dry or shelf-stable products are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after processing.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us:

Undeliverable Packages

Unclaimed
Returned due to an incorrect address

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued for eligible products only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Marketplace Orders
Buy Afrik is a marketplace featuring products from independent vendors.
Orders containing items from multiple vendors may arrive in separate shipments and at different times.
Customers will receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.
